Shipping policy

Processing:  All candles and wax melts are made to order.  This means your candles are made when you place your order.  All orders are made, processed  & shipped from our Alpharetta, GA location.  Processing and shipping takes about 5-7 business days in total. This excludes Sundays and Holidays. Shipping days are Monday-Thursday. 

Standard Shipping Cost: Starts at $3.50 and up.  Price will vary based on quantity and weight of items.  

Shipping Method: Standard / USPS - Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous US may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location.  Due to COVID-19, shipping can be delayed.

IMPORTANT NOTE - During summer months and the possibility of candles melting, due to the heat, we will only ship merchandise Monday through Wednesday.
